Part-Time Positions

Locations: Clayton, GA & Franklin, NC

• Must be at least 18 years old

• 15–30 hours/week

• Weekend & holiday availability required

• Flexibility between both locations preferred

• Responsibilities include:
  • Restocking and organizing inventory
  • Assisting with floor resets and visual displays
  • Engaging with customers in a knowledgeable, friendly way
  • Sharing your outdoor stories and stoke
  • Playing with the shop dogs
  • Testing new gear
  • Helping create a welcoming space where community thrives
  
  

Full-Time Positions

Locations: Clayton, GA & Franklin, NC

• Must be at least 18 years old

• 32–40 hours/week

• Open availability required (including weekends and holidays)

• Responsibilities include everything listed above, with greater involvement in store operations, team leadership, and building long-term customer relationships
